It has taken me far too long to write a tribute to what was by far the best part of our Euro Adventures – ICELAND. It was the most magical place I've ever been, an alien landscape strewn with hundreds (possibly thousands) of waterfalls.
We rented a camper van, loaded up on top-ramen, granola, instant coffee and headed on a 900 mile journey around the island. Everyone said 10 days would do the trick and although we only had 5 we made it happen anyway. We hiked under and over waterfalls, bathed in hot springs, hot rivers, and hot tubs, met people from all over the world, journeyed down long muddy roads, got soaked in the road, and had our mind blown by an ice lagoon. If I haven't won you over already that please take some time to look through these pictures; they don't even do the land justice but at least you'll know I'm not lying.
Happy Flipping!
